Shelby's heavy duty poultry winches are designed especially for raising and lowering feed, water, nesting, fans and heat sources in commercial poultry operations.

Weighing as little as 29 lbs. yet having a capacity rating up to 5,000 lbs.

Designed with a loop drive ring for overhead installation and can be operated by a shepherd handle attached to a 1/2" electric drill.

• Precision ball bearings on intermediate shaft for long life and smooth operation
• Baked-on epoxy enamel for exceptional resistance to corrosion
• Heat-treated 1040 carbon steel gears for long life operation
• Fully enclosed gears (Model 5350) and brake covers (Model 5345) protects braking and gearing mechanism from dust and dirt.

Capacity Rating:

The capacity rating is the maximum direct line tension the winch can withstand with one wrap of line around the hub.  The capacity rating decreases as the line builds up on the hub.
